I am writing in regards to the offer of placement for (Name) at (School Name) in 2017. We would like to provide the school with an update and a decision to this matter.
Unfortunately we have decided to withdraw the application and thus decline the offer to study at (Name of school)in 2017.
We would like to thank the school staff and the Principal for their time spend on this matter.
