据说是世界有名的寄宿学校，查尔斯王子当年就是在这里读书的。学校有好几个校区，都很漂亮。从学前教育开始，一直到year 12。
大家说了很多私立学校，有没有人知道这个学校的情况啊？谢谢！

这个私校可说是维州最昂贵的私立学校之一。
位于墨尔本西部城市Geelong，如果是住宿生，费用更令人咋舌。
总是以查尔斯王子是昔日校友为宣传噱头，不过，除了这点，貌似没什么别的了，总而言之，言而总之，贵族学校。

the location is not good at all. it's beside the waiste plant. next to all the rubbish disposal

55% of the students are boarding students due to the location. 100% of the parents are from upper class. The school will check the parents family blackground beore the enrolment. SO no matter how rich you are, they do not accept ur kids if you are not from the upper class.
I have a close friend who completed VCE there 5 years ago. As what I observed, no student from CHINA!!
In that year, most of the asian students are from thailand( loyal family), Hong Kong( parents are either directors/ CEO in Investment bank or owner of listed company), Malay( loyal family - King's relative)

该校体育很好，国际象棋不错。
但目前在Toorak校区的几个华人孩子都转走了，还有一个在明年也将转走。主要原因：第一，这是唯一一所我听说过西人家长有歧视华人的现象。家长在学校没朋友，孩子朋友也不多。第二，一位华人家长很心疼，因为一名很负责的音乐老师被迫离职，这位老师认真负责，可有的西人孩子受不了，西人家长就不满意，在这所学校，富有的家长是上帝。第三，naplan成绩出来后，这所学校成绩不太好。校长的演讲不是去讲如何提高，而是找很多可笑的理由。
还有一些信息，就不说了。

Also, my friend only got 85% of her VCE.. she also did not perform well in her school. But surprisely, she is working in Investment Bank now as she has a great communication /interview skills.
She told me that what she gained from Geelong Grammer.
U know all of her close friends from Geelong Grammer went to UK and USA after completed VCE( average 80% which is a very low mark).
The Royal family 's kids from thailand went back to Thailland with the horse( they have their own horse - horse live in school, of course u gonna pay extra and someonein school will look after the horse for you )
All I can say, they are not live in the real world!!!!!!!!!!!!

Boarding is double of the school fee!
查尔斯王子 only study there for year 9 for few month only ( camping- outing year ).
I heard that some of the prince/princess from England came to study year 9 for outing experience.
I perfer to send my kids to Trinity/ Scotch/Camberwell Grammer.

很巧，因儿子班级有小朋友明年将转去GEELONG GRAMMAR，我因此对这学校有了一些了解。
Geelong grammar 的宗旨是在培养贵族，学校专门开课讲解对名牌和名车的认知与辨别，去OVERSEA 参加活动或交换学生，学生乘飞机必须是至少BUSINESS CLASS的。
学校的环境一般，建筑有些残旧，给我的感觉是一代正在没落的贵族。寝室每六人一间，每班17或18 个人，女孩5，6个。看了伙食，也很一般，同学妈妈笑说这正是让儿子减肥的机会。
学校招生的门槛本来很高，但可能现在因为生源不足，所以只要够钱就行。在新一代的投资移民（163）中，有这样一个传说，据说是真的，父母做生意在泰国有一个关节无论如何打不通，结果因儿子在GEELONG GRAMMAR 读书，同寝室有一个是泰国王室的，一个电话就帮他们搞好了。所以现在这个学校是他们163家庭的首选。
不过话说回来，这个学校的ACADEMIC PROGRAM 很好，尽管学校不怎么在乎VCE成绩，他们在TOORAK 的小学program 我认为可以说是维省最好的。学校的音乐和体育PROGRAM也都很好。
从五年级开始寄宿，一年费用48，000。家长不用送去GEELONG，可以在TOORAK 校区搭乘班车。

我西人老板的三个小孩（女孩）也都是读这个学校...全身都是Chanel....
