Any TX knows what is the age for year 4 student?
My son was born in 1998 Dec. Just moved to NSW, and school put him into year 4. But I feel, in his class, a lot of students are younger than him. What is the actual age for Year 4 student?

My niece was born in Australia in December 1998. She is also in Year 4 at NSW.

这里是先上prep一年，再开始year 1.
在7月31号以前满5岁的小朋友开始上prep, 有的学校4岁半也收。
这样算起来的话， 读year 4的学生差不多是9岁。
