正准备注册公司，在填FORM 201时遇到一些问题想请教：
先说一下我的公司的情况，和另一朋友合作， 每人各出资50%。
1. 填SHARE STRUCTURE TABLE时,SHARE CLASS CODE要怎么填呀, 填A和B吗? 然后FULL TITLE填各自的名字可以吗?
2. DETAILS OF MEMBERS, NUMBER OF SHARES TAKEN UP 是填什么呢? FULLY PAID(Y/N)是什么意思? 能象征性地填100股吗? 每股1元?股份的金额大小对以后公司的运作或税收有影响吗?

Company setups are not like ABN registrations, clients should be encouraged to attempt on ABN registrations themselves, however, due to the complexity of Company setups and the tax/asic/other obligations. it would be best if you consult with a professional before doing it yourself. (there are other more tax effective form than a straight forward company)
in relation to your questions, yes, you can certainly put in 100 fully paid ordinary shares @ $1.00 each with 50-50 shareholding split, it will not affect company's operation and company tax.

Let me try to explain, hope it will help you,
50 shares for each mean the each shareholder entitle to get 50% of company total profit after tax. Becoz company only issue 100 shares.
It affect shareholder dividend in future regarding personal tax rate .
Choose the ordinary shares as private company can issue .

Even if the company issues 60, 10, or 1000 shares, it will still be 50% shareholding split. it does not affect future shareholder dividend and certainly not their individual tax. (more shares simply means less dividend per share)

She ask 100 shares in this case not 1000 , 60,10 shares.
Vene 1000 shares means less dividend per share, each shareholder still share half profit. becoz they 50% split own the shares.
unless they can retain profit if company is not PSI,Otherwise, more dividend, higher marginal tax rate will apply
