Requirements

Task
● Update & Maintain NSW Customer Database in the ERP system
● NSW Customer Stock and Sales enquiries
● Process NSW customer orders into inventory/accounting system
● Collect & recording payment for Cash & Credit Card Customers
● Maintain & Manage office / office supplies
● Manage the daily work flow of orders for warehouse
● Confirm the accuracy of every order with Customers
● Price / stock returns & Credits
● Completing & emailing invoices
● Maintain Unleashed Dashboard for local customers - No overdue dates
● Manage Placed, Parked, Backorders & Quotes
● Logistics and Freight tracking
