Title: Marketing Supervisor/Team leader (Mandarin & English Bilingual)-Full-time

Our ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media., preferred in the fashion industry.
The marketing supervisor must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities Tasks:
- Own all aspects of marketing including the execution of marketing plans and tasks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy
- Assist the managing director in achieving the goal of business branding and expanding from the marketing perspectives
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
- Work on various marketing collateral, with an ability to check the content and work on the design of marketing materials for EDM, brochures, landing pages, presentations, and events
- Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
- Partner closely with the Sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals
- Lead and manage marketing team and future develop team capacity
To be successful in the role:
- 3+Years’ experience in B2B&B2C Marketing roles
- Experience in managing external agencies
- Proven experience in setting a strategy and delivering results from start to finish
- Experience working with budgets and forecasting
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
- Great people management skills highly regarded
- The ability to speak English and Mandarin is highly regarded.
