I'd like to ask for study guide + notes/ materials of CPA106 or CPA116.
in stead I am happy to share Case Study material + self-prepared Case study notes (for both semester 2 of 2009 & 2010). as you known, case study materials are only available 2 wks prior to exam, so it's really shorten your prepartion time if you could view prior exam cases.

我的理解是楼主打算交换notes，不是赠送。。所以，楼上各位不能交换，只求notes的，恐怕不一定能拿到。。
