A GP registrar is a doctor in the GP training. He is supposed to practice under the supervision of a GP. Once the registrar completes the training and pass the college fellowship exams, he will become a GP who can work unsupervised in general practice.

Fellowship usually means either RACGP (Royal Australian College of General Practitioners) fellowship or ACRRM (Australian College of Rural or Remote Medicine) fellowship.

照道理来说应该是这样，但具体到每个医生又不一样了。比方说有的gp虽然经验丰富不过可能知识和技能都陈旧了。
