有时候口太干早上醒来会说不出话来，多喝点水就可以了。

I got a cold this Monday and suffered from sore throat, which doesn't allow me talk a lot or talk aloud. My GP said this is pretty typical for the cold. She suggested me drinking a lot of water and using some Strepsils (you can buy them from supermarket or pharmacy)
