Upon inspection of the Main Shower area it was noted that:
- There is water leaking from the shower recess under the tiles and causing the carpet outside the bathroom to damp,
- There is a high moisture reading below the bathroom floor tiles, confirming water is trapped below the tiled surface,
- There is missing grout along the shower floor,
- It’s evident the sealants around the perimeters of the shower have broken down,
- There are grout lines with tile Spacers between the joints, these should have been removed by the
tiler pre grouting,
- The Inner water waste present with exposed screed, this untreated / unprotected screed could allow
water to track in under the tiled surface
We recommended a Megasealed shower rejuvenation service which includes the replacement of perimeter seals, floor and lower wall re-grout works to be completed. This includes Injecting Megabloc liquid membrane repair to the perimeter of the shower recess floor. For best results we recommend shower screen be removed and reinstated once works are completed.

价格略高,我几个月前做,1000不到。不过,可能报价也要看地段和浴室大小。

11年很久了,我印象中house的保修只有7年。公寓的话有7年也有10年的,取决于防水是不是做2 layers (沙灰底下1 layer和沙灰上面1 layer,共4coats)
你这种最好拆了重做。但是你说里面有租客,这种情况就很烦了。我的建议是,如果只是修补,价格不贵,又有租客,那就修补吧。等到租客不想租了,就立刻装修(需要租客告知离开时间好安排,减少空租时间)。这种选择风险在于,修补过后可能还会漏水。

六七年前我家也有一个浴室渗水到隔壁房间,水管工报价2000刀砸了地砖重新做防水,后来镇上华人老大哥要我先往各个缝隙打玻璃胶试试,结果管了三年,后来又有点渗水,又打了一次防水胶,到现在还好好的,自己经常去看一下漏水点,目前还是干的

如果尺寸合适,换个整体的淋浴室彻底预防漏水

临时性的做法,不如做一层防水,然后砖上贴砖,也就这个价格。价低的一般不靠谱。这样的做法,工作量不大,但必需跑5趟。来个一两天就做完的,一定是没作用的。因为5天对应的是5个程序都必须隔天再做才有效果。另外,要干透后做才有点效果。能防多久,难说。跟地有没有干透有关系。也跟之前渗水的原因有关系。但大多数可以管很久,实在不行,才再拆了重做。

可能你这个漏的不厉害? 我家是地板踩上去噗呲噗呲的往外冒臭水.....打了玻璃胶, 过几天自己就脱落了, 没脱落的很快就发霉变黑了, 巨难看

您这个是地砖下面的部分水泥已经被水冲刷走了,估计是多年形成的,的确和我的情况不一样,我的浴室地砖还很结实,敲打也没有发空的声音,这也是邻居华人朋友建议我先不要砸了维修的主要原因。有个好邻居真是省钱啊
