看看是否自己买了金额不计算在内的东西

可以打电话去问，只要符合条件会补给你的。

估计你买了gift card什么的不计算在内的东西吧。。。T&C那种小字一定要注意看啊。。。如果核对了还是有问题，确定他们给你算错了可以去argue。但是一般是不会错的

一次性Bonus那种基本上在第三天就出现了，跟正常那个积分一起出现。
要注意的是购物金额里面有没有不符合条件的购物卡或者烟，还有是不是用了 flubuy dollars 对冲了，要以最后实际付款金额计算的。

在woolworths，使用那个10刀就算的，
Coles以前不算，我就吃过这样的亏，打电话去问，就是不算，规则那里有，现在有没有更改我不知道了。
保险起见，10000点或者50刀，我都是选择点数，换购物卡。

Bonus points 要等4星期才给。Flybuy 电话留言说的。我过了4星期电话再去问，客服说最近两天系统有点问题，要我再过2星期去问！太烦了。

以前不懂，四周送10000分或50刀，选了50刀，以为会直接flybuys dollars充值，结果最后一次消费完过了很久都没有，来问了才知道是在小票上，可那次小票直接丢掉了
