3个星期前，在土澳作者自己的网站买了本书，Paypal 支付。书一直没来。我联系了卖方（至少有好几个人的西人公司），每次都说好好好，马上给我看订单，24小时内寄出云云，这都是上周的事了。我在Paypal Resolution Center file a dispute, 四个工作日过去了，卖方一直没有答复。我接下去怎么从Paypal 要回钱？我自己去书店网站订购

你lodge claim之后，paypal会给对方一个期限，让对方提交证据，针对你的case就是对方必须提交发货证据。超过期限之后，paypal就会判定你赢，给你退款。

给你翻出一个我索赔的实例，用xxx替换了一些信息，但是可以看出处理的时间周期。顺带一提，我是在交易后10天左右没收到东西，发起的理赔（因为卖家写的地址也在墨尔本，同城邮寄不可能两周不到，实际上卖家在香港）
