上周日家里的TPG突然没有网络了,上午给他们打电话,下午才给我登记case,周一下午才安排一个人大摇大摆的过来,随便糊弄几下就走了。到了今天已经6天了,网络还没有好,打电话投诉也说正在解决,说Telstra的问题,正在沟通。
昨天给他们发了信投诉了,还是没人理我。家里都断网一周了,本人在家上班,没网络就没发上班。该如何投诉了。
附。来检查网络的是个具有印度口语的人,接电话的一顺溜的印度口音,感觉澳洲要被这样的人给整坏了。
国内有很多不好的地方,但是解决这样技术性问题的中国人和负责任的态度比那帮人不知道牛逼多少。
最后还是想知道如何投诉他们,记得澳洲有个什么投诉委员会啥的。

This is my friend's experience with TPG. Everyone should let every people know the real TPG not the masked one.
I reported this issue at the morning of 19/11/2017 but this issue is still there (today 24/11/2017).
They logged the case at 19/11/2017 afternoon and send one person to check my network 20/11/2017. The network just worked for several hours and then not working till the time I am writing this to you.
From 20/11/2017, they just told me they are waiting feedback from Telstra, just that. I send a mail to them, no reply. I send a mail again, no reply. They ignore TPG's customer.
I need network to work, watch TV, have family time with my kids. But currently, my home is very quiet. The reason is not only we are isolated by outside world but also the feedback from TPG. I do not trust TPG any more. I cannot do any thing because I am just a single tinny person against TPG.
If they cannot resolve my issue in two days, I want to change to a new vendor. I need get all my money back and penalty to TPG' arrogant also.
If they can resolve my issue in two days, I do not need to change to a new verndor but I need the penalty to TPG'arrogant also.
The penalty is not about money, it is just let THE BIG COMPANY know customer is not tinny.
