请问大家，本人通过分销商订了产品，分销商说一周到货，结果从10月下订单开始，一直以各种借口推next week，一直到现在12月，本人实在忍无可忍了，请问如果对方不退款也没货，执意要我等，我该如何维权？谢谢大神们！在线等！

No excuse! I do not need any explain from anybody.
By the end of this week(4th Dec), you(Sidchrome) have 3 options. 1, give me tools. 2, give me refund (and reparation). 3, see you on fair trading (I have all evidence)!
After end of this week (6th Dec), I make sure that I will not accept any product.
It is a very terrible shopping experience. Waste time, waste money, and waste patience!

我们是订一套沙发什么的 说了要等8周 这在期间一直打电话给我们要延期 延期到12周之后又要延 我们就不高兴了 要退款 商家不愿意 那我们就说那12周之内就要到货 不然必须退款 不然我就会打电话给FairTrading。他们就肯了 立马退钱

嗯，我的问题和你还不一样，我买的是工具，是必需品，今天他们人亲自过来了，带了一堆礼物，承诺下周到货，我觉得应该也能解决了。
