收到很多朋友的电话TVPAD2,3,4，都看不到了，连之前按服务公司说的重新设置都不行了，接到很多朋友的电话都说在各区的TVPAD都看不到了，服务公司以前都会解决和安慰，现在朋友们说打电话都不接把电话转到留言信箱了。

具体操作步骤如下
In order to resolve the recent problems happening on your TVPAD4, please following the instructions below:
1. prepare 1 x 4GB microSD card (some called this the TF card)
2. download the contents from this link: 见上方链接
3. place all the downloaded contents onto the 4GB microSD card
4. we suggest you restore your TVPAD4 to factory default before this upgrade - make sure you un-install all your existing apps prior to this upgrade
5. insert the 4GB microSD card onto the back of your TVPAD4 (make sure you are inserting into the correct slot/right direction)
6. make sure you are at the main menu of your TVPAD4
7. use your TVPAD4 remote and enter the following numbers 200981811
8. you should arrive at the screen where it said "SD card upgrade"; make sure you select OK to proceed
9. your TVPAD4 should start upgrading the firmware
10. once the upgrade is completed, your TVPAD4 should restart and it will arrive back to the main menu
11. some of your previous apps might not appear/missing where you may need to re-download these apps via the TVPAD4 app store
NOTE: the above solution only work on TVPAD4; TVPAD head office is still working on the solution for TVPAD3, no solution for TVPAD1 or TVPAD2 customers Sent from my iPhone=
