We’re happy to tell you that on 1 July 2015 your electricity prices going down. Your new prices can be viewed here and will appear on your bills issued after 1 July 2015. You can also watch our bill guide video at energyaustralia.com.au/billtour
What about my gas prices?
We’ll send another email in the next few weeks to let you know about the changes to your gas prices.

Do I need to do anything?
No. Your price decrease will be applied automatically; your contract, discount percentage and the benefits you receive with your plan won’t change.
