以后寄信分两档，普通档和慢档，普通档也就是保持现在的平邮速度，邮费涨到一块钱。 慢档保持现在的邮费70c，但速度要慢上2天。
邮局的意思就是说要么加价不加量，要么不加价但减量，你自己选吧
