你当时一心急同意了 那么你之后就得支付这帮人 full pay的学费， 中介就可以从中拿到抽成 同时 Careers Australia又能赚到学费

To submit an Online Enrolment for VET Fee-help funded courses please ensure you have the following information available to ensure your application is processed quickly:
A valid email address
Tax File Number
Be eligible for Vet Fee Help (link here)
For Online courses, you should expect to start your course on the next Monday or Wednesday. Please allow for one business day to process.
VET-FEE HELP courses are only available for Australian Citizen or Permanent Humanitarian Visa.
