知道如果发生火警，紧急病情，或者案情，要拨000，但是如果是类似前天暴风雨的情况，把房子或道路损坏了，是否也拨000？如果是，拨完以后怎么说（对方会问是fire, ambulance or police）？我看到清理路面的车有救火车，还有SES的车，叫这些车也是拨000吗？
