有点歧视中国人。
里面一直有家咖啡店,昨天关门了。
今天去的时候外面买了一杯咖啡,然后老头子不让进去。叫来duty manager跟我搞。
我说我在里面喝了两年的咖啡了,你们咖啡店关了,我买杯咖啡进去为啥不可以。
那个叫luck的duty manager就bully我。
然后我说我sign member不知道,你说这是policy,可以让我看document吗?否则我可以sue你的。
然后他就禁止我24小时进入。
真lose face,我觉得他们非常不讲理,我告诉luke,我不想和你argue,但是我回去投诉你的。
想问一下,这种情况是他们不对还是我不对。如果是他们不对,我可以去fair trade投诉吗?
他们明显看我是chinese,否则就不会这么无礼。我最讨厌有些白人这样bully我们,所以fight back了。

简单的说,我在club外面买了coffee,然后club的人不让我进去。我就和他们dispute,让他们show document, 然后被禁止入内。
想确认可以到fair trading投诉他们吗?

我和他们说我一直在里面喝coffee的,老会员了。因为你们自己的coffee shop关了,所以买了咖啡。
有这种规定说不可以买咖啡进入吗?

越是老的白人越是歧视,有时候还没开口那种怪怪的眼光就漏出来了,就得有人训他们。以前曾经住过sydney burwood的一栋unit,在公共晒衣服的地方晒衣服被一老白鬼贴在衣服上一张字条,说我再在那晒衣服就把我衣服仍垃圾桶里,还用了"piss off",刚开始和他论理,他很凶,结果我老公后来不客气和他吵要叫警察的时候他才认怂。但可笑的是从那以后见了我们竟然say hello,以前我们和他上下楼遇到的时候和他打招呼的时候根本不睬我们。所以和他们有事的时候不能太软弱。

说实话我也真是不了解,我的那个时间中我手里有那人写的字条,有歧视的证据,所以打算报警告他歧视。你的这件事中没有证据证明他歧视(当然感觉上很明显),所以觉得不好办。

I would like to check with you for the following query:
as a club member, is it allowable to bring coffee outside into club?
the reason why I am asking is because I was told by one of your duty managers: Mr. Luke... that it is not allowable by policy without any documentation support.
I have been with the club for the last 2 year, and it is always an enjoyable experience, and the staff are always nice, until today, I am so disappointed with the attitude given by Mr.Luke.
I told Luke that reason I am bringing coffee is because the inner coffee shop closed down and I have been drinking coffee and enjoy the time in the club for 2 years. Moreover, he prohibited me to get into the club for the next 24 hours. I think he was showing attitude to me and show respect from no aspect.
Would you please transfer the message to the board member as a loyal customer's feedback and it might be a good point to improve the service excellence for the club.

其实真的可以试试,记得有一次忘记带钱包就上火车了,到了central才发现,结果跑去和三姐解释,三姐一脸鄙视的样子,过了一会有个鬼佬过来了,一样的情况,三姐毫不犹豫给开门了。开完以后才想起来让我走。这件事情是我自己忘记带钱包也没有道理,不过可以看出赤裸裸的歧视。
我感觉很多时候我们华人都是当面和别人会闹,但是事后都懒得投诉,所以那帮歧视的人有歧视华人不会被投诉的错觉。我自己就是这样,有几次被歧视了很生气,也问了对方名字而且明确告诉他要去投诉。不过时候都是气消了,也懒得投诉了。鬼佬做事和我们华人不一样,当面闹得不多,时候搞小动作投诉的多。

先找LUKE的老板谈话,我就不信他(LUKE)能一手遮天了?如果他老板也是这态度,就说你某天也看见个白人拿着咖啡进去了,所以你才这样干的,说凭什么人家可以进,我不能进(虽然这是有点编的)反正他也没证据,就歪理呗,看他老板怎么办?

真不向HURSTVILLE的风格,坚决支持您投诉到底,只听说BUS上不让带饮料上车,没听说,咖啡不可以进入CLUB,如果答复不好,我们支持,再也不去他们家吃饭!

22楼的办法好。hurstville是全澳华人最多的区吧。现在街上起码一半的人都是中国人。

你买了别家的咖啡,拿着到这家俱乐部要坐里面去喝,人家不让你进去很正常的。
你又不是他们的客人(或者消费者)。
下次你试试买麦当劳的汉堡,坐到肯德鸡里面去吃,看有人赶你走吗。

I appreciate you letting us know about your experience and value the time you have taken to do so. At Club Central, we strive to offer a welcoming environment and friendly service for all our members and comments such as yours allow us to monitor how well we are accomplishing this aim.
I noted your comment regarding the Duty Manager not permitting you to bring your coffee into the Club and understand the reason you put forward, I do apologise if this caused you any inconvenience. Being a Club we do have certain policies that are passed by the Board of Directors and in this instance to protect our business and the contract Caterers that run their business from the Club, we do have a policy which restricts food and beverage from being brought onto our premises. While the Café has indeed closed, we do offer coffee from our Townson Lounge and more recently we have extended the trading hours of the Connell Lounge to also provide Barista quality coffee during the day.
I appreciate the fact that you have been a member of Club Central for the last two years and I understand how you feel about how the Duty Manager handled your situation. As a result of your comments I have met with Luke to discuss this matter and alternative ways of how it could have been approached. Again I do apologise if this caused you any inconvenience and I trust it will not deter you from visiting the Club in the future.
We look forward to welcoming you back to Club Central Hurstville in the not too distant future and trust your next visit will be enjoyable.
