给店里打电话被告知过期之前所有的预约都满了,后email scoopon team要求退款,回复原文如下:
Hi there,
All Scoopons are sold subject to availability, as Scoopon does not manage the redemption process, we are unable to guarantee that you will be able to make a booking on your most desired date. In line with our standard terms and conditions, I am unable to offer a refund of your purchase cost.
Each customer is responsible for the use of their Scoopon, including redemption. We can certainly help you out when possible, but securing a booking in the final weeks of a the redemption period is cutting it extremely close. At this stage, we’re nearly at the end of the validity period. Due to this, we are unable to assist with your request for refund.
Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitiate to contact us.

Thank you for your reply.
I was just been told that as more than a thousand scoopons sold for this specific service, not everyone could get a booking garanteened. I personally don't think it's the responsibility of the customers.
I wish to speak to your manager in this case and could you leave a contact phone number?

As previously advised, Scoopon is not able to assist you with your refund request.
Your concerns have been reviewed by our Customer Service Manager, to which I can advise the following;
All Scoopons are sold subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to select your most preferred date. Also if you leave your booking request until the last two weeks of the offer, the available bookings will become less available naturally.
The Deal Provider has had previous bookings available during the beginning and middle sections of the redemption period which have not been utilised. The Provider was fully capable of accommodating all Scoopons sold, however, an unreasonable amount of booking requests were left until the last handful of days of the offer.
Here at Scoopon, all our Customer Support is conducted via email – this is so we can ensure we can track conversations and assure a high standard of customer support.
Unfortunately, I am not able to assist you further in this instance.

年底过期的 后来年底太忙 提前一周预约也预约不上位置
最后也就只能过期了

之前买过旅游的,没注意要在过期前很早就预定,于是发邮件交涉过后毫无悬念的作废了。。。
