seller can send you a request to cancel this transaction and he won't be charged for it.

让卖家进sales record里面， 订单后面有个 open unpaid item case，然后选择双方同意取消交易，你收到了之后agree即可

几个月前我点了 买， 后来我又决定不买了。我想我不付钱就是了，就留着不管了。
结果现在我发现我的帐号被block了....

跟卖家联系，让卖家取消交易，买家没有取消交易的选项的。卖家那一方取消以后，你这里会出现相应信息，千万记得点同意，这样就可以了。
