今天看到新闻说只吃生蔬菜水果， 不吃熟食， 可以保持年轻， 想问问有谁会愿意试？
最近在招待国内过来的亲戚， 天天要给找中餐， 饭，茶。 可能我自己西化了， 吃啥都没问题， 但要是不吃熟食， 我也觉得跟自己的胃过不去。

I read that news too. Guess its a bit hard for Asian ...
Nevertheless I avoid eating processed food (ie: sausages, ham, bacon), rather eat fresh meat, fish is the best. I can live without meat actually, eat lots of veggies, and I always bring homemade lunch to work, to make sure I dont eat junk outside during the week.
But one thing do you know, we're not suppose to eat cooked veggies that made from the night before. This is becoming the most struggling thing for me, becuase i dont have time to cook veggies in the morning before work. I may as well just eat salad for lunch ...
