标题党一回。各位做悉尼火车上班的童鞋，有没有觉得city rail早上的空调会冻死人的？感觉企鹅坐city rail都会被冻死的。
感觉他们的空调24小时不变温度的，其实早上那么冷，根本没有必要开那么低的温度，而且风那么大。政府天天喊着减少碳，喊着city rail成本控制压力很大，放着这么容易的事情不做。还有很多office天天晚上开着灯，但是又搞一个earth hour兼职就是脱裤子放屁。
决定写信去city rail 投诉早上空调太冷，有没有同学有兴趣一起投诉的？

不开的话，车内会不会又闷又热的，毕竟PEAK HOUR人多啊。

昨天坐车回家，一进某车箱，感觉暖哄哄的，以为没开空调，后来越来越热，才发现它应该吹的是暖气。受不了，移到隔壁车箱，顿时凉快无比，一个天一个地。可是呢，后来居然又冷得受不了了，怕儿子着凉（穿着短衣裤了），被逼又回到暖车箱。真是无奈啊。

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing in regards to the air conditioning on the cityrail trains. According to my experience on various train lines in the morning(between 7am and 8am), the air conditioning is not being adjusted from time to time. It is always freezing in the carriage that you never can get into sleep unless you wear skiing suit.
I have discussed with several frequent commuters and they share the same concern with me. I am wondering whether city rail can adjust the air-conditioning according to the temperature. It will help city rail to cut cost on electricity and also reduce the carbon foot print.
It would be highly appreciated if you can take my suggestion into consideration.

今天刚收到city rail的反馈如下，说了基本等于没说
Dear Mr XXX,
Thank you for your feedback regarding air-conditioning on CityRail trains.
I apologise for any discomfort you experienced during your recent journey.
Air-conditioning units generally operate on an automatic setting of between 19-22 C. This fixed temperature takes into account the frequent opening and closing of doors and cannot be changed by train staff. Our new Waratah trains, which are now being progressively introduced, feature smart air-conditioning which automatically adjusts to the temperature and number of passengers.
Regular maintenance is carried out to ensure all on-board facilities, including air-conditioning where fitted, are working satisfactorily. When there is a fault with an air-conditioning unit, the affected carriage is removed from service at the earliest opportunity for repairs to be completed.
In situations where you feel that an air-conditioning unit is not functioning correctly, I would encourage you to note the carriage number and report it to Transport Info on 131 500 or directly to us via our website at www.cityrail.info. This will assist our technicians to locate the carriage.
