请问我还需要做Notice of Disposal吗？

Selling to a car dealer
When you sell a vehicle to car dealer, it's the dealer’s responsibility to complete the steps to transfer the vehicle out of your name. All you need to do is sign the vehicle transfer form and keep a copy as proof of transfer.
