请问大侠，coles的车险理的excess fee里的Voluntary excess是什么意思。
是不是说，发生车祸时，不管是否我的错，都要付这笔费用。

Probably you got a price beat from Coles. When they do so, they basically just copy the competitior policy they are beating in terms of price, excess and extras. Coles standard excess if I don't recall bad is 550, if the competitiors excess is 650 they will quote the difference as a voluntary excess. When you agree to the price beat you agree to this voluntary excess, have a look on their website.
