警察抓的是超速,不是抓超速的头车。不能因为自己不是头车就可以超速吧。如果警察抓了偷东西的,可以因为还有其他大偷没抓到就可以不抓吗?

分情况
如果是警察手持测速仪,看超多少,警察没兴趣追那些超速一点点的,油门都没踩到底就拿下了,太没挑战性,而且也没多少罚金
如果是固定测速摄像头,实测车速只要是超了限速,就有罚单,区别只是罚单大小的问题

给大家提个醒:
那条去温泉的半岛高速,这一阵为司机们质疑测速照相机出错闹得沸沸扬扬,前两天电视里又报道那条高速还有定点照相机,相距15公里,如果车辆在经过这两个相机时被发现平均时速超了,一样要抓!
这是专门用来对付那一类司机:大胆超速,到了有照相机的地方特意减速避免被抓,坦率的说我也常干这事,今后要小心,再也不敢了

一般不会在固定摄像头前都超速,很少。如果不幸被抓,乖乖交罚款。你可以不超速,代价是你出车祸几率大大的增加。车流中你应该开到平均车速,不然车祸率大增,这个问题应该在上个月其中一个帖子讨论过,但是很多人没办法接受这个观点。

开得太慢是会影响到别的车,造成危险,而不是慢车本身容易出车祸,这是为什么大家都恨开得太慢的人。
否则谁管他开得慢呢。

80的路要求是开到75-80. 如果你一个人开到50,会挡住其它正常车速的人,别人就得换线超车绕过你,这当然会造成危险,尤其是路窄的地段更危险。

鬼老都这么干,真是人民什么智商政府就什么智商,你fwy放camera都千篇一律在天桥上以为大家不知道么?都花大价钱做这个了,又打着维护安全的旗号,为什么就不能做隐蔽一点,比如mobile camera一开始就很好,然后大家知道了也不换套路,就不能放在垃圾桶里面不让人知道么?这些camera拍照还能找到路人甲乙丙丁真心说明开车不用心的人太多。。。

Victoria Police has guidelines regarding the enforcement of multiple speed camera infringements issued to drivers detected at low speeds within certain freeway/highway zones.
These guidelines are being adopted to ensure that drivers are being afforded the opportunity to positively alter their driver behaviour, without being penalised by multiple infringements.
Note: these guidelines do not apply to safety related offences.
For the purpose of these guidelines, a Low Speed Infringement (LSI) is a speed of less than 10 km/h above the posted speed limit.
The discretion to be applied to multiple low speed infringements relates to those received over a period of several days, prior to the driver becoming aware of the first issued infringement.
The same principles will also apply to multiple offences of driving/using an unregistered vehicle subject to certain criteria.
In essence, you may be eligible to have some multiple infringements that come within the guidelines withdrawn.
Should you wish to be considered for withdrawal of infringements within these guidelines, please forward a written application for review to the Traffic Camera Office.
另外这种同道路几天内犯一样错误(要求超速10公里以内)是可以写信豁免多余的罚单的。。。

考驾照的时候,如果不堵车,60的路你开个40,直接就被考官fail了

我从来都只看到让你slow down 的标示,从来没看到让你speed up
还有前车开的慢,你怎么知道是啥情况,说不定是80-90的老太

悉尼-墨尔本的两条主干道M31和A1,每辆车都超,不是99%,而是100%都超速。

If a car hits a pedestrian at 50 km/h the pedestrian is twice as likely to die than if the driver had been travelling at 40 km/h. For every extra kilometre per hour of speed:
The stopping distance increases
The time to react and avoid a crash decreases
The impact of a crash is more severe on the vehicle, driver, passengers and pedestrians
There is more likelihood of serious injury or death
To help reduce the road toll, we develop strategies to set safe speed limits, including speed zone reviews for the top 100 roads.

我说的是会造成危险,也没说大多数死亡是开得慢造成的啊。谁都知道超速危险,不需要你贴出数字。
但这不等于说开得太慢就是安全驾驶啊。
