你说的car title 是指ownership还是RTA registration？
如果是RTA vehicle registration我记得已经不能做joint name了，是NSW。

倒是有个疑问，买保险填配偶资料时会问此driver是否share ownership，我填的是。这个不需要什么proof吧，夫妻关系，财产共有?

i dont think car insurer would required the proof of relationship to make a claim if occurred. because policy holder thing but the driver/s cover under the policy is another thing.
anyway, for proof of ownership: invoice, contract, payment transaction, registration etc. proof of relationship: marriage certificate, tax return,if you included your spouse
