抱着试试看（no harm trying）的心情，上周六发了信，今天就收到了答复。
Dear Sir/Mdm,
I would like to explain what happened yesterday for a waive of the non-compliance breach notice at your good will.
Only when I finished the shopping at Aldi shortly after 11 o'clock, I realized that my wife who was returning the goods at BigW had taken the car key with her accidentally and I could not move the car to meet her at Westfield car park.
With a bunch of shopping items in the trolley, I could not go and pick up the key from my wife, and I was not sure when exactly I parked the car at Aldi. I called her and when she came back, we have got this breach notice.
I admit this is absolutely something we should manage well and I sincerely wish you could consider this is first ever breach I had since the possession of the driver license and kindly waive the penalty.

Thank you for your recent correspondence regarding the above Breach Notice. We have thoroughly reviewed your letter and investigated all the information supplied regarding your Appeal.
Please be advised that TMS has, in this instance, decided to waive your breach in full, however, should this situation arise again we will not be in a position to waive any further Breach Notice that you receive.
Please ensure that you abide with the stated terms and conditions of the car park at all times. If you do not agree to the conditions, then you must immediately leave the premises to avoid breaching the agreements.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and look forward to your continuing patronage.

而且信里说的都是实情，看来TMS还是挺讲人情的，给了一次机会。
发帖的目的是想说，如果常理说讲得通，不妨试试，也没有什么损失。
