今天看了下一个很久不用的银行账户，发现被扣款已经有几个月了，每个月$46.2
是一家 Swann Insurance的公司，bankstatement里面只有reference number， 于是打电话过去，给转接到总公司，叫QPR，他们给了我这个买保险的人的名字 Bow Shire，并且说买的是摩托车保险。
要车牌号的时候，他们又给我转接到Swann，里面的人就踢皮球了，到现在为止也没拿到Rego
求教：明天接着打电话还是直接去报警？报警的话这么小的金额，他们会管吗？

just report all relevant information to police. police will follow it up with your bank, QPR and SWANN, you don't need to do a thing. let experts do their jobs and your tax money will be well spend. we are paying for police wages.

contact police as soon as you can. do not delay. the id thief may use your identify for something else. like bank loan and credit card applications. he may be a terrorist as well.

报警并通知银行截款。一般盗窃身份诈骗都是一次过拿了钱就跑的，哪有这分期付款等你抓。估计是某个环节出错而致。
