Almost new(insulated including double glazing) fully furnished sleepout for rent. Thesleepout is situated behind the main home and has its own separate entrance andbathroom.
Thesleepout is equipped with a queen size bed, tall boy, low boy, bed side tables,microwave, kettle, rice cooker, smart tv and google nest point.
The rent of$300 per week includes water, electricity, fibre broadband, use of washingmachine(once a week), plates, bowls, cutlery and a mini fridge.
Dinner canalso be provided at an additional cost.
Use ofaircon for heating in the winter is an additional $10 per week.
Would suita student or single working female. Cooking in the main house can also beprovided.
