BOND = 2 weeks rent 1 week rent in advsnceWe are looking to fill 2 rooms in our flat we have 1 single room and 1 spacious double room (ideally for a couple) available. The super sunny house with good vibe is located in highland park. 5 mins to local shops and bathrooms. Each floor has its own bathroom. A super big back yard to play fetch with the dog. There are currently 3 tenants living in the house, 2 girls and one male working full time and/or studying (all in early 20’s). We also have a dog.
