Short term or -fully furnished studio (with kitchnette and private bathroom）with Private Access for single person only. Quiet and tidy working professional female tenant is preferred.
Furnished studio with 1 bathroom (including queen size bed, mattress, 2 wardrobes, a dinning table, 2 chairs, sofa, 2 bedside tables, small fridge and Microwave) and kitchnette (no stove will be provided).
Bus stops, convenience store, restaurants close by, parks, Pakuranga Plaza 2 min drive, Botany Downs Centre, 5 min drive.
Rate for Single person: $260 per week (including rent, power, water and unlimited Fibre internet)
Cost of moving in : bond (2 weeks rent) + 1 week rent in advance
No pets, No smokers (both inside and outside of the property), No party, no friend stay over without landlord’s consent and no loud music, please.

**The studio has no kitchen but with a shared kitchnette.
Young professional couple landlords live at the front of the studio in a separated house. Therefore, Landlords are open to the occasional use of their kitchen and washing machine.
