Currently one small double room $170 available for single person. Expense around 20$ per week.

4 bedrooms house just 20 minutes walk to the heart of Takapuna , 10 minutes walk to takapuna beach, close to Takapuna Grammar school, nice and quiet environment and neighborhood. Very convenient location, got direct bus to Auckland City central, close to motorway access.0 _) W' s# W2 m* _
Current flatmates are working professionals, two males, one female, 4 L7 _( ?8 {. x9 q7 I5 \
we like to looking for tidy, honest and responsible flatmate, ideally female. + d" d1 M0 Y6 }- B1 M1 x" e# Y

House is furnished with housewares, bedrooms have built in wardrobe, however for bed and tables, you may have to arrange by yourself, if need bed would be able to negotiate.
