Great and convenient location. This house is just a short stroll to Kelston Shopping Centre, with an easy walk to Fruitvale train station, and a short distance to Lynmall.1 existing flatmate. Female full time working professional mid 20 - 30sRent $160 p/w, expenses are just $30 extra per week to cover power, water & internet.
