we have 2 room available in our lovely house. House is Sunny with lovely vetge gardens. separated laundry and kitchen.
* Room 1: $200 rent + $30 expense double room very spacious and sunny come with double built in wardrobe. room is unfurnished but we can provide queen bed and small desk if you wish. Upstairs , closer to kitcken and bathroom.available 22/04
* Room 1: $190 rent + $30 expense. Bigger than room 1 , downstairs. we have one toilet downstairs but have to go upstairs fro shower. available now
Not a party house but we still hang out from time to time and go for road trip on weekend.4 }8 j5 X: e) X
moving cost: 2 week bonds , 1 week rent in advance
