We are looking for someone that is fluent in Mandarin and English speaking for our Customer Service Representative position!
This is a remote, work-from-home role focused on supporting New Zealand businesses.
If you’re looking to join a fun close-knit team, then keep reading:
- Pay is approximately $25 p/h and paid fortnightly
- Full-time (5 days, 40 hours per week)
- Day shifts across Monday to Sunday
- This role is FULLY remote, so you can be based anywhere in New Zealand
- Experience is welcome but full training is provided
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and conversational) - A self introduction video would be required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone
- Can-do attitude
- A reliable computer with stable internet (fibre broadband preferable)
