Who are we?
Nistech is formed by a group of auto electricians and electronic engineers who have passion on the latest automotive technologies and love to share.We are a locally owned and operated company specialising in automotive network debuggers and electronic solutions. By distributing training and support on diagnosis equipment and software for aftermarket over the years, we have gained the trust and support of both small and big clients locally and overseas. Our work involves a lot of research, development (such as software testing, ECUs reverse engineering) surrounding the automotive ICT software and hardware systems, as well as repair and maintenance of our systems.
We also work to continuously expand our business and operations locally as well as on a global scale. Working with us would mean continuous learning and personal development through our frequent workshops, training and team building exercises. You will not only learn a lot of ICT and automotive skills through hands on experience, but you also experience the entirety of the daily operations of business – such as international trading & data analytics.
About the role:
We are seeking a Procurement Adminstrator with procurement related expirience and automotive knowledge to assist in procurement for our company. This role would suit somebody with a good understanding of automotive technology and/or electrical systems – both hardware and software and some expirence in inventory management will be helpful. University-grads are welcomed, and training will be provided.
For most part of this role, there will be stock management & procurement, product testing and validation responsibilities. We need someone who can bring a creative R&D mindset, along with practical technical knowledge, to get to the heart of complex problems in a collaborative environment.
Your duties will include:
- Review and monitor inventory levels and undertake report from the ZOHO system for consumable parts and componets for support department. Organise purchase orders to suppliers as required.
- Operate and maintain the recording systems to track movements of goods.
- Reconcile invoices and purchase orders for variation.
- Create and update items as required.
- Assist in reviewing suppliers price changes and entering prices in ZOHO system.
- Process purchase order requests and raise purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Produce purchase orders report and follow up with suppliers to assure delivery targets are met.
- Liaise with suppliers and handle corespondence emails.
- Engage in managing supplier relationships to ensure purchasing and logistical delivery of product meets the business requirements.
We are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, IT, Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Experience in procurement preferred or a fast learner with positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Someone with a passion or interesting in automotive knowlege or new ICT technology.
- Someone can read, write and communicate in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Someone with Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge or experience in this field will be advantageous.
- You are self-motivation and have the desire to succeed.
