工作时间： 周一至五， 9am -530pm. 周末休息。
岗位描述
1. 通过电话，邮件，社交媒体定期与现有商户联系并且获取订单，以及回复商户的咨询及反馈；
2. 运用个人销售技巧完成销售指标，以及用专业的服务意识提升商户满意度，维护公司品牌与企业形象；
3. 严格按照公司管理模式、工作流程标准开展工作，确保良好的服务状态，工作顺畅高效。
任职要求
1. 积极乐观的工作态度；中英文流利。
2. 较强的责任心；具备敏捷的反应能力，良好的倾听、理解、表达能力及服务意识；做事细致耐心，个人学习、自律能力强；
3. 良好的团队精神，能较快的适应工作环境；心理承受能力强，可在较大的工作、学习压力下优异的完成工作任务；
4. 能熟练运用MS Office 和Outlook;
5. 需要时能为电商客服 (Consumer Care) 提供支援。
6. 有同类客户服务工作经验者优先.

Outbound Call Centre Rep / Customer Service
About the Role

Start Date
Immediate start, this is a full-time position working from Monday to Friday based in EastTamaki, Auckland.
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for applicants who:
· Have a positive, proactive approach to work
· Have experience providing excellent customer service & can clearly demonstrate this
· Take pride in their ability to listen, assess a situation, and provide effective solutions
· Excellent communication skills including verbal and written (Verbalfluency in Mandarin would be highly advantageous)
· Confident in navigating multiple computer systems
· Flexible and able to adapt on the fly to a diverse range of queries
