我想给宝宝办理澳洲的护照，请问passport office的地址是哪里啊？
我的情况是这样的：
我是PR，签证在2年前过期了，因为一直没有回国，所以没有续签PR，没有电子签证，只有那张多年前的贴签还在护照上，
现在我要给宝宝办理澳洲护照，听说要先办理公民纸，才可以办理护照，
但又听说父母护照上有PR贴签的，宝宝办理护照不需要公民纸，
我想直接去passport office看看能否不用公民纸直接给宝宝办澳洲护照。
请问地址是哪里呢？谢谢大家！

Passport Office一般不接受直接找上门办理的。你只能先申请公民证书。

双方父母没有一方是国籍的话 一定要先申请公民纸才能申请护照的

关于出生证的信息填写：
Date of issue 和 Date of registration
分别是什么呢？出生证上我找到2个日期，出生证表格第7栏那里是REGISTERING AUTHORITY
Name：Amanda Ianna，Registrar
Date 09/SEPTEMBER/2016
这里的Date 是Date of registration吗？
另外在出生证最下方还有一个日期是比前面那个日期晚了10天的19/September/2016，这个是Date of issue吗？
