可以吃,如果宝宝没啥牙,你可以剁碎做猪肝大米粥。。。没有问题的

肝脏类一周吃一次就好。
另外补铁的食物有很多:
The iron contained in these foods is well absorbed by the body.
• Meats e.g. beef, lamb, kangaroo, pork
• Poultry e.g. chicken, turkey
• Fish and shellfish.
• Offal e.g. liver and kidney (pate* is not recommended for children under 1 year)
配合含vc多的食物可以加强铁的吸收。
