看看你老婆的VISA 类别在不在下面那个“Special Category visa” 或者“temporary visa, such as a partner provisional, interdependency or temporary protection visa” 里面。 话说TR还分好多类别呢。

•have Australian citizenship
•hold a permanent visa
•hold a Special Category visa, or
