Was you credit card deducted for the payment? If not, you might call them, they can look up for you. One month is a bit long. Last time I called them after three weeks II posted and there were no deduction from my credit card. The documents are returned back as they required more evidence.

在网上搜一下，这个部门属于Boarder Protection。如果一个月都没扣钱，很有可能是资料哪里有问题，在寄回来的路上。我们之前就是。

I called 131880 from 8:30-4:30 which is on form 119. Be prepared to wait for at least half an hour.

三周到一个月都是正常的，啥时候看到扣款了，就再等一星期，就下来了。
