万一便秘或消化不良, 会累死人的, 不差这三个月.

同上，如果条件允许的话。如果没条件，可以从4个月以后开始，先试Rice Cereal。最好是上午给宝宝试没吃过的东西，如果宝宝有什么不舒服下午可以看医生，不用等到半夜折腾大人。

Usually 6 months, but breast milk is still THE best for the baby up until they are one year old.
However, solid food helps baby build up the muscles in the mouth, which is beneficial to their speaking later on.
I'd say 9 months and I plan to introduce my baby solid food when she is 9 months old.
Never give your babies honey before they are one year old though because of risks of allergy.

不是说最早四个月就可以加了吗？六个月有点太迟了吧？！到六个月的时候单纯母乳里的营养已经不够了，宝宝吃辅食也有个接受的过程，我打算五个多月的时候加。
