Changing your claim to Baby Bonus
You can change your claim to Baby Bonus if Parental Leave Pay is no longer the right choice for you. You can do this up until the start date of your Paid Parental Leave period, but you cannot change to Baby Bonus once that period starts.
You can use the Paid Parental Leave Comparison Estimator to help you decide which payment is the better financial decision for your family.
