按照中文解释，洲是包含岛屿的，否则日本就不是亚洲了。如果澳洲是七大洲，新西兰只能归入火星了

不是，不过中文里已经约定俗成了。英文里区分洲和洲大陆，但中文里没有洲大陆的概念，我个人觉得是多余的概念。
