题目应该是，one person's watch is one hour ahead of the other...？
每过一个小时，两个人的表就相差3分钟，所以要相差一个小时，需要60/3=20个小时的时间。中午12点到第二天早上8点，正好12小时。

3 minutes difference every hour, so 60 minutes (1 hour) difference will take 20 times of 1 hour, which is 20 hours.

If has to be an analog watch which would run minutes too slow or too fast every hour, so I don't think you can set it to Sunday noon. You need a digital watch to set day.

如果是 the other, 完全没难度。就是60/3
如果是"the hour", 才是真正的陷阱， 靠阅读和细节呀。
