1-9 每页都用了1个数字,共9个.
10-99 每页都是2位数表示页数 10, 11,...99, 共用了(99-10+1)*2=180个数字
还剩下615-9-180=426个数字
从100 页开始每页都是3位数 , 426/3=142, 所以100+142-1=241 即100-241有142个三位数.
