不过一直为TELSTRA 可惜,每年都有很高的分红,就因为T3,股价几年来一路下滑.今年也保证很好的回报给投资者,但纵关全球电信市场,感觉风光的时候已经过去了,再也不会有DOT COM及移动电话火暴的时代了.

you can't buy stock from gov, should via intermedia, the market.

it is hard to say now. PE is low, but capital loss may offset it, still risky. Moreover, it is a doubt if Telstra will keep obtaining good earnings in the future.
