这个行业最大的公司I-Med 2014年年初以$400mil被卖了出去。I-Med市场占有率25%左右。CAJ市场占有率估计3-4%，现在市值已经$400mil了。
从表面上已经严重高估，没仔细分析，仅供lz参考。

CAJ has announced an agreement to acquire Southern Radiology Group (Southern) in Sydney (14 clinics, including 5 MRI licenses) for A$64.6m. The purchase price implies an EV/EBITDA multiple of 9.0x and is 10% to 15% EPS accretive in FY15 on a pro-forma basis. Assuming due diligence is successfully completed, the transaction will settle in April 2015.
To fund the acquisition a A$37.5m placement at A$0.58 and A$34.2m in additional debt has been arranged.
Also CAJ has indicated that an additional acquisition in Melbourne is being considered with anapproximate value of A$25m.
